FAITH IN REVERSE
Luke 1:30 “Don’t be afraid, Mary!”
Repeatedly, men and women have been commanded to “Fear Not!” Why? FEAR IS FAITH IN REVERSE! Fear is faith against God’s good character. Fear says:
I cannot believe what God says, because He’s not true to His Word
Fear says: I cannot trust that He can do the impossible, because He’s not that powerful.
Fear is an insult to God because it is the belief that He is not trustworthy or good to His Word; that He is impotent and incapable of fulfilling His promises!
And without faith it is impossible to please God…. Hebrews 11:6
But Faith in God will liberate you from every fear: fear of future, fear of sickness, fear of accidents, fear of terrorism, fear of the opinions of people. Faith breaks every bond off of you and liberates you to pursue with confidence God’s purpose for your life! Regardless of what you may encounter in the coming seasons and regardless how impossible a situation may seem, God is greater and has supernatural abilities which defy all odds! So we too like our Biblical patriarchs can allow faith to rise in our hearts and determine He is able!
1 John 4:4 (KJV) …because greater is He Who is in you than he who that is in the world.
