FAITH IS SIMPLY BELIEVING

This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. 1 John 5:4

How differently would you live your life this year if you knew that whatever obstacle came into your life, you would be able to overcome? Well, God has already given you the “key” to overcoming. And it is your faith! This is why the Lord is so invested in building up your faith! And it is why your Enemy, the Devil, is so determined to steal your faith! Jesus says, “Have faith in God – believe in Me.” Mark 11:22 And with these words, you discover what faith really is. True faith is not about you or me! Its not about what you do or don’t do. Faith is all about WHAT or WHOM you believe in! Your faith is all about who He is and what He can do. For instance, You are saved, not because you’re so good, but because Jesus is a Savior! You are healed, not because you're worthy, but because Jesus is a Healer! You can walk through great trials with hope and confidence, not because of your own strength, but because God loves you and purposed you! You appropriate salvation, healing and strength simply because you had faith in God’s abilities. In other words, faith is simply trusting that God is who He said He is and can do what He said He can do. Faith in God says the most powerful words ever uttered, “I BELIEVE YOU, LORD!”No matter what others say, or what is in my bank account, or what the doctor’s report predicts, or what I see around me, I believe You! This is faith. “Anything is possible if you have faith.” Mark 9:23
