Our desire is to see every member of Grace to the Nations touched by the Great Commission “GO YE…” acquiring a missions culture and awareness in the process which will advance the kingdom of God both locally and globally. 

MISSION: 

1. To help every person at GTTN to clarify and define their personal missions outreach function and responsibility.

2. Reach the last frontiers of the world with the gospel.

METHOD:

  1. Education & Training:
    1. Education: Bringing the needs of the world, the purpose of God, and the role of His church, before the eyes, ears, and heart of GTTN, making these issues a part of its conscious, through:
      1. Conferences, preaching & special invitation speakers.
      2. Presentations & media
      3. Classes, courses & educational material
  2. Generation, Mobilization and Implementation of material resources.
    1. Generation:  Seeking ways and means to generate business programs and/or opportunities which would have the primary purpose of providing finances and resources for mission’s budgets and needs.
      1. Business models and opportunities
      2. Government and Institutional programs
    2. Mobilization: Orienting and teaching those who already have the resources available how and where they can invest in missions.
      1. Teaching in the Word
      2. Opportunities presentation and orientation
    3. Implementation: Guiding and directing the decisions regarding the most strategic ways and means for use of finances and resources.
      1. Pastoral Executive team oversight
      2. Fund Raising Committee
  3. Generation, Mobilization, and Implementation of human resources.
    1. Generation: Training and preparing those in the assembly who feel a call to actively participate in world outreach, regardless of personal capabilities and talents of that individual.
    2. Mobilization: Sending participants into the field to work in three different schedules;
      1. Short term (1 week – 2 months)
      2. Medium term (2 months to 1 year)
      3. Long term (1 year or more)
    3. Implementation: Selecting, preparing, and grooming participants for different field assignments, depending on the mobilization scenario described in item (b) of this section.
