- Hear the Holy Spirit speak to their lives
- Fulfill all of God’s purpose for them

- Building a love and honor for God and His Word
- Using every opportunity to get God’s Word in their hearts
- Creating an enviroment that captures their heart & imagination to draw them closer to Jesus & follow Him
- Providing opportunities for discovering, developing, and deploying their God-given gifts
- Cultivating a team of passionate and skilled godly men & women that will “Lead & Anoint” This generation
